The horror didn't end with the overthrow of a dictator in December 1989! Thousands of children in Romania are still being abandoned by their parents each year.





These children become part of the State run system and placed into children's homes, often in inadequate conditions with large numbers of children. Some are fortunate and find themselves taken into the care of a privately run Foundation home.
